Corporate Retreats

1/2 day and full-day retreats

Mindfulness and Meditation group sessions, followed by a 15-minute individual mini reflexology session or a 30-minute session for all participants.

Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation session only.

A 90-minute session that includes history, philosophy, breathwork, and meditation practice.

Method of Payment
E-transfer or cash only @ this time. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. Please note that Reflexology Zone does not bill insurance companies directly. Following payment, you will receive a receipt.

Cancellation policy
Reflexology Zone requires a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. A full session fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Addition Fee

A $25 fee will be applied for clients requesting service outside of the 30 km catchment area starting from the corner of Stittsville Main and Abbott Street. At this time, service is not available 40 km beyond the above-noted starting point.

*Please note that reflexology services provided in Ontario are not covered by the provincial health plan (OHIP). Many third-party insurance plans will provide partial or full coverage for reflexology services. Please check with your insurance company for more information.

GST and HST is not required at this time. Advanced notice will be given when taxes are to be applied.
